The Get Ripped Diet

get ripped diet

Following a get ripped diet plan can be simpler than you think. For me, trying to eat healthy during a day full of classes, work, the gym, and social activities was pretty hard. I would take 2 or 3 protein bars with me each day, but after 1 or 2 I would always end up buying something unhealthy because I was so sick of the protein bars.

The key to real success in anything is, of course, consistency. Consistently making small choices day in and day out that lead towards your ultimate goal. Getting ripped and in shape is the textbook example of this.

The crappy thing about trying to get in shape is, one little binge session can ruin your whole day of eating healthy. Not even a binge session; one ice cream sandwich, or one brownie, or some french fries.

Don't do that to yourself!!

5 Secrets To Eating For Maximum Fat Loss And Muscle Gain

  • Compose your meals of one portion of protein and one portion of fruit. For example: 1 chicken breast and an apple. That is a meal and a damn healthy one at that. It's light, healthy, and you will feel satisfied but not bloated. Chicken is a staple of the get ripped diet.

  • Protein helps build muscle faster AND, it burns more calories to digest protein than anything else. So... an easy way to add more protein to your diet is to get some protein powder. What I do is: before I leave for the day, I mix up 2 or 3 servings, and then I'll pour it into 2 regular water bottles(like a Dasani bottle or whatever). Then I take them with me and that alone is 60 more grams of protein.

  • This is one of the best things I've ever come up with to stick with my get ripped diet during the day. You can use whatever meat you want, but my favorite is skinless chicken breasts. I buy a bunch of it, about 3-4 lbs, then I marinate it overnight in some Worcestersire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and Sprite. The next day I grill it all, then cut it into bite-size chunks. This makes a bunch, and then each day I take some of it with me and just munch on it the whole day.

  • Get yourself some high-quality Tupperware. I like the ones that the lid has little snaps on each side. This is what I put my chicken in, and you can carry it in your bag and don't need to worry about it spilling.

  • Fruit. Fruit is your friend. My personal favorites are apples, oranges, grapefruit, and grapes. I prepare them in the morning with my meat and protein drinks. If it's apples, cut them up. If it's oranges, peel it and seperate the pieces. If it's grapes, wash them off and pick them from the stems. Then, I throw them in another one of my trusty tupperware things and I'm good to go for the day.
